The decisions we take today are those which position the company in the future. Critical decision cannot be taken only on the base of the knowledge we have today of the environment. It is compulsory to develop the capability of anticipating the trends that determine the configuration of the highly diverse markets in the futures, under constant transformation.

One cannot operate in the future with the strategies used to create the present.

It is not valid any more to repeat what is known as it leads to obsolescence. New realities demand new types of solutions. Old models cannot be applied to new environment.

The convergence of forces that emerge from the Society, the Technology, the Legislation and the Economy create the new scenarios where companies must take decisions to keep their competitive edge and positioning the highly diverse and changing markets. Analyse the emerging events in these different areas of the environment, helps to develop the capacity to anticipate changes and transformation which impact the company.
